Support the Project Manager with regard to Mechanical Equipment engineering issues.

Support and coordinate with other disciplines regarding Mechanical Equipment issues.

Coordinate, monitor & control all Mechanical Equipment engineering activities towards contractors working at the individual project.

Prepare Mechnical Equipment related Cost Estimate.

Prepare Basic Mechanical Data Sheets.

Evaluate Technical Bids from Mechanical Equipment Supplier.

Check of Vendor Drawings.

Perform Vendor shop audits and visits.

Follow up manufacuring progress of the equipment suppliers.

Proper field management for Mechanical Equipment installation.

Supervise Cost and Schedule for Mechanical Part in a Project.

Dcoument management for mechanical equipment vender drawings, certificates, operation manuals, etc. and handover to operations team properly.

Implementation of improvement measures.

协助项目经理处理机械设备工程方面的问题。

支持和协调其他部门的机械设备问题。

协调、监控和控制承包商在单个项目上的所有机械设备工程活动。

准备机械设备相关成本预算。

准备基本的机械数据表。

评估机械设备供应商的技术投标。

检查供应商图纸。

对供应商进行检查和访问。

跟踪设备供应商的生产进度。

机械设备安装的现场管理。

监督项目机械部分的成本和进度。

负责机械设备供应商图纸、证书、操作手册等的管理，并将其正确地移交给操作团队。

改进措施的实施。

Requirements：

At least more than 5 years total work experiences of Mechanical decipline.

Work experiences in chemical or Petor-chemical industry preferable

Work experiences in specific professional field (Mechanical engineering) preferable

International project experiences will be an advantage

Proficient command of spoken and written for both English and Chinese (Mandarin) mandatory

Skilled in mechanical engineering mandatory, shall have a deep knowledge about fabricated equipment; shall have deep knowledge about rotating equipment (compressors, pumps, etc.) and static equipment (e.g. Tanks, pressure vessels, etc.); shall have a deep knowledge about material and design codes (GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME)

Skilled in planning and scheduling will be an advantage

Skilled in cost engineering will be an advantage

Skilled in relevant softwares/tools like MS Project, CAD will be an advantage

要求:

5年以上机械分线工作经验。

有化工或化工行业工作经验者优先

有特定专业领域(机械工程)工作经验者优先

有国际项目经验者优先

熟练掌握英语和汉语(普通话)的口语和书写能力

熟练掌握机械工程知识，对制造设备有较深的了解;对旋转设备(压缩机、泵等)和静态设备(罐、压力容器等)有较深的了解;熟悉材料和设计规范(GB, HG, SH, ASTM, ASME)

有计划和日程安排能力者优先

有成本管理经验者优先

熟练使用MS项目、CAD等相关软件或工具者优先
