Job description 职位描述：

  

1. Responsible for designing self-service channels (chat-bot, wechat mini-programme, etc.), including writing BRD, communicating with stakeholders, organizing system testing launching new tools and function;

   负责自助服务渠道（微信小程序等）的设计，包括业务需求文档撰写，开发沟通，组织系统测试及推动上线工作；

2. Responsible for sorting out business characteristics combining with the business trend of the company, forming a clear and executable service process agilely;

   结合公司业务动向，快速梳理业务特性，形成清晰的、可执行的业务流程并宣贯落地；

3. Responsible for supporting customer service team, optimizing service process continuously to improve the overall customer experience.

   负责客服团队运营支持工作，持续优化服务流程，提升客户整体服务体验。

                

Requirements 任职要求：

  

1. Bachelor degree or above;

   本科及以上学历；

2. Clear logic, excellent ability of data analysis and problem solving;

   逻辑清晰，具备优秀的数据分析、问题分析和解决能力；

3. Excellent communication skills, cross departmental coordination ability;

   优秀的沟通能力、跨部门协调能力；

4. CET-6 with excellent writing and speaking skill;

   英语六级且具备优秀的英文书面、口语能力。

5. Relevant working experience will be a plus.

   有相关工作经验优先。
