汇报对象：全球API项目总监

Key responsibilities

1. Responsible for leading technology transfers as well as large development projects at site.

2.Project evaluation (technical feasibilities, development costs, manufacturing costs, tech transfer costs, risks etc.) in close collaboration with functional departments.

3. Definition of project scopes in collaboration with functional departments and business development.

4. Definition of project plans including deliverables, milestones, resources, costs, CAPEX.

5. Nomination of project team members in alignment with functional departments in order to ensure project success.

6. Execution of approved projects / transfers according to plan.

7. Project controlling (Scope, timelines, budget).

8. Continuous risk management and definition of risk mitigation plans for projects / transfers.

9. Key Site Account Management for exclusive products / development projects: act as internal 

key point of contact at Nantong site for cross functional topics related to assigned key customers (jointly with Business Development).

Required:

1. Bachelor or above in chemistry (chemical engineering or organic chemistry is preferred) 

2. 10+ years hands-on experience in project management

3. Ideally experience in a project environment building up an multipurpose API plant

4. Fluent oral and written English skills.
