Major Responsibilities
PMT:
-Lead EESE team to deliver per Ford product development process (GPDS), and ensure the milestone deliverables are completed on time with quality, and at right cost/weight.
-Act as the key link among the Vehicle Program management team, EESE Engineering team and X-functional team.
-Represent EESE to attend/host key meetings such as EPMT, EEES manager/Chief BPR, EMM, PST, SAR, CPEDF…
Launch:
-Act as Global lead engineer extension and lead on-site team (inc. JV team) in plants for the Launch and Localization of product/programs. With project management of EESE LQOS deliverables.
-Investigating and solving problems, eg electrical build failures. Interpreting and analyzing results and data by applying problem solving techniques, such as Is/Is not, ABA, fishbone, 5D, 8D... Understand electrical design spec, function spec, software spec, test spec where required.
-Represent EESE in launch forums such as start up, Hard rocks, EESE BPR/TDR, gateway report outs and other senior management reviews
OPD:
-Liaise with Global lead engineer and JV for post Job1 improvement work (OPD)

Authority
-Right of suggestion about EE feature
-have the right to report to all issues of EE feature

Competences and Capability & Skills
-Good Program Management skills and solid engineering foundation.
-Communicating in English language environment fluently.
-Attend evening discussions with Engineering Activities in Dearborn (US) and other global sites.
-Travel to suppliers and/or our JV manufacturing facilities is required which will be funded by Ford.
-The purchase service will primarily be required to work within the standard business hours but at times will be required to support the company outside these hours on an as required basis.
-Ford will supply the IT equipment (desk phone & laptop).？

Working Experience
-More than 3 years of Electrical/Electrics component development or Manufactory experience;
-More than 1 year program/project manager;
