职责描述：

1.根据公司年度经营目标，制定和实施生产目标达成策略及行动方案；

2.负责提升现有团队职业化水平，促使团队更具备工作胜任能力；

3.全面统筹协调研发、计划、生产、质量等管理工作，完成年度设定指标；

4.负责制造体系内部资源统筹调动，确保订单准时交付；

5.参与企业全面质量管理体系建设，保障产品交付质量；

6.深入一线生产管理现场，能够提供和指导下属创造性解决问题的思路和方式方法；

7.负责制造系统团队管理、人才培养及绩效考核等工作；

任职要求：

1.拥有10年以上相关制造业从业经验，5年以上大中型企业（10亿以上）生产运营管理成功实践经验；

2.精通企业生产管理流程、运营模式及特点，熟练运用质量管理体系、精益生产等专业技能

3.优秀的领导力、团队管理能力、良好的现场管理和成本控制能力；

4.大专及以上学历，机械类、材料类、工商管理类等相关专业；
