Job Purpose: 职位目的
Strengthen Nissan related business
Principle Accountabilities: 主要职责:
Propose and carry out strategy for customers, meet target
Manage and coordinate business/project with internal related division, globally.
Develop and support subordinates
Maintain and upgrade relationship with customers, improve satisfaction
Identify opportunities and develop information to define markets, market potential, competition and product requirement.
Other tasks from sales director
Experience/Education经历/文化背景
Bachelor's degree or above, engineering background like mechanical or electronic major preferred
Above 2 year experience in a senior sales, or sales management position with tier 1 supplier.
Above 7 year experience in automotive market
Good written and oral English
Diligence and strong sense of responsibility
Team work and strong sense of collaboration
Self-motivated, well organized, task and result oriented
Familiar with Nissan Gr. is a plus

Proper managerial competency like planning, organizing, leading and control
Strong communication and presentation skill no matter internal and external
High ability to negotiate and convince
Possible to solve problem and identify risky
Excellent computer skills
