Location: 重庆经济开发区
Responsibilities:
Guarantee customers assistance through:
-Organize training courses.
-Manuals, specific tools, diagnostics tools.
Guarantee activities related to the product behaviour in terms of:
-Information analysis and transmission to the technical staff.
-Focal Point toward Customer in order to solve technical and quality problems.
-Keep Customer updated with product improvement.
Guarantee warranty activities through:
-Warranty contract and politics definition with trade managers.
-Warranty payment management toward Customer.
-Service/recall coordination.
Serviceability management:
-Manage trade politics, warehouse and spare parts stock.
Requirements:
University degree in Mechanical or Engineering.
10 years experience, at least a 3 years experience in a similar position, preferably in International Companies.
Experience in engine sales and marketing field is preferred.
Negotiation skills.
Good in Public Relations.
Significant experience in International Business.
Agree in frequent business trips.
Good product knowledge and after-sales proceedings.
Good in IT.
