Key Responsibilities

1）Oracle production support for plant SCM/OM/MFG, and achieve  internal customer satisfaction.  

2）Support all Finance modules daily issues/enhancement, including reports or data extracts requirements from finance team, and all extracted information accurately. 

3）Work closely with EAG CN, EAG Global Operation Finance team, and ensure global SR solution or any critical issue solution properly suitable for local.

4）Daily support on EBR issues or requirements from all functions.

5）EBR Enhancement analysis and tracking based on business priority.   

6）Support for oracle issue tracking using SNOW tool properly.  

7）Follow company change management CMR process to achieve oracle system configuration or any change.  

8）Work closely with Change Management team, Oracle Migration team, EAG Global Operation Team and local end users for change requests.

9）Work globally and be part of global projects as required by EAG team.  

10）Communicate and coordinate local and global.

      

Job Requirements： 

1）At  least five years working experience on Oracle support and project  implementation.

2）Computer  technology background with Bachelor degree.

3）Fluent  English communication.

4）Have  Oracle EBS modules support experience, if have Manufacturing modules support is  better.

5）SQL,  PLSQL Skill.

6）Good  logic and communication skills.

7）If have Java, Jdeveloper ADF and database development experience will be better.
