系统架构师

工作地点：北京

岗位职责：

1、深入发掘和分析业务需求，撰写技术方案和系统设计，主导平台或者产品的快速迭代和优化；

2、负责/参与系统架构设计，参与核心功能、公共核心模块的代码编写；

3、提供系统架构、性能优化的解决方案，参与技术方案评审，确保系统的架构质量； 

4、为团队引入创新的技术及解决方案，负责组织研究与项目相关的新技术以及技术难点的攻关，并进行新技术的培训和指导工作以及疑难问题的解决。

任职资格: 

1、本科学历，计算机或相关专业，3年及以上J2EE相关开发经验；

2、具备扎实的Java基础，具备良好的面向对象设计经验，熟练掌握数据结构、多线程编程，掌握常用的设计模式，对主流开源框架如Spring、Mybatis、Redis、RabbitMQ等有深入了解；

3、熟悉缓存、消息队列、负载均衡等机制和应用，熟悉系统优化、性能调优、系统安全等，具有大型系统设计研发经验；

4、熟悉基于Mysql、Oracle等关系数据库设计和开发、对数据库性能优化有丰富的经验；

5、具有微服务相关项目经验，对微服务有较深入理解，有独立搭建微服务架构平台能力；

6、熟悉软件开发过程，对需求分析、概要设计、详细设计流程有较为深入了解，熟悉持续集成、自动构建等DevOps技术；

7、较强的学习能力，分析问题，解决问题的能力，良好的工作主动性和责任心。

8、有项目管理经验者优先；
