The newly established regional Business Digital Organization at Bosch Power Tools drives the digital transformation at PT in close cooperation with the Business Units, Sales Organizations and Shared Services, to understand our users and translate their needs into a positive seamless digital user experience that excites and differentiates us from competition, and accelerate growth and contribute to long-term profitability.

Job Description

· You’ll be in charge of rollout of digital projects in emerging market countries.

· You’ll be part of global digital product team, lead external agency and ensure the completion of projects within budget, on schedule and meeting program objectives.

· You’ll assess and identify the potential risks that may impact each project and implement proper measures.

· You’ll evaluate all deviations and propose improvement plans/actions activity.

· You’ll document and share the lessons learned.

· You’ll keep an effective communication during all projects.

Qualifications

· Graduated in information system or related field.

· A professional with 7+ years of working experience with at least 3 years’ experience in mobile app development management.

· PMP, ACP, CSM is a puls.

· Experience with continuous delivery, hosting and management of solutions on public cloud environments.

· Able to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion.

· Able to easily build relationships with the different players, at different levels of the organization.

· A professional with a good attention to detail, an ability to assimilate, sort through and aggregate complex information quickly and effectively.

· Cultural sensitiveness, experience to work in a global team, communication skills across all hierarchies.

· Fluent in written and spoken English.
