Main Tasks

Accounting & Reporting

· Take ownership of the group reporting package and statutory financial statements, including accuracy and punctually submission.

· Monitor financial statements and collaborate with relevant parties to clean booking issues timely and appropriately.

· Responsible for month end and year end closing activities. Govern Shared Service Centre to close the books according to predetermined schedule.

· Coordinate group reporting audit and annual statutory audit.

· Lead annual inventory stocktaking and fixed asset physical count for engaged companies per internal guidance.

· Take ownership for assigned accounting topic and provide guidance and training for the accounting issues.

Business Partner

· Act as Finance representative to communicate with company/site management, controlling and other functional departments about Finance related affairs and coordinate to provide solutions.

· Actively communicate with business stakeholders to understand business development and its impact on financial statements.

· Work closely with business to support business growth.

Finance Internal Control

• Coordinate and support relevant parties to ensure full compliance with internal control policies.
• Support projects to optimize Finance processes.

Education and Qualification

• Working Experience: Minimum 4 years professional experience in Finance area. Big 4 working experience is a plus.

· Technical & Professional Knowledge: Understanding of accounting regulations (IFRS and PRC) and Finance functions. Familiar with various processes relevant to Finance, e.g. O2C, P2P etc.. Good at customer relationship and stakeholder management.

· Certificate: Accounting Certificate and Medium-grade Professional Title. CPA and other professional certificate is a plus.
