Job Description

· Proactive participation on overall Purpose Team responsibility and tasks:

  • Engaging with Users on a regular basis and collect insights
  • Specifying and prioritizing user and market requirements
  • Facilitate relevant research studies and concept screeners
  • Determines the customer and system requirements (CRS, SRS)
  • Analyzing internal and external data and identify gaps and opportunities (product / business)
  • Create relevant communication content for product launches (incl. go to market)
  • Manage current product portfolio requirements (pricing, new products, ALR, competition, complexity, cost reduction, …)
  • Utilize UX and design thinking concepts to develop new products and services in line with overall strategic goals
  • Communicate product application and features know-how to expertise areas in an understandable way
  • Prioritize which tasks within in the projects and adhere to the processes (PIF)
  • Creates sustainable value in its segment in order to achieve TNS, EBIT, quality targets

· Focus on product segment of Agriculture tool in BE and acting first line of contact for sales regions and external stakeholders

· Support to create of the Agriculture tool strategy and its alignment with all key stakeholder

· Support of the regional sales organizations with the Cutting overall direction, product launches and discontinuations planning and additional launch releases


Qualifications

· Bachelor degree in Business / Marketing / Innovation management related major (Master is preferred; Strong marketing background preferred)

· User centricity, understanding the user needs and translate them into user requirements, design thinker mindset

· Fluent in English

· High level of analytical skills

· Beyond thinking (thinking outside of box)

· Open for new ideas with global perspective

· Speedy to figure out solution / prototyping

· Commit on the results

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Self-organization skills and self-responsible way of working

· Passion to work and win in an agile framework
