Project Task and Requirement

·         An experience consultant in the Manufacturing area 

·         Very experienced in the BOM/ROUTE definition, and Oracle planning

·         Extensive experience on MES integration

·         Based in Nansha, Guangzhou

·         Native Mandarin speaking

·         Will work with business to understand current BOM/ROUTE information

·         Understand and analyze Production processes, planning, scheduling

·         Understand and analyze current Production Control systems in use

·         Design BOM/ROUTE information suitable for Operation planning, Material planning, Production scheduling, Production control

·         Initially focus on 2 Production Lines

o    Offset Production

o    RFID HangTag production

·         To be extended to other Production lines afterward

o    Flexo

o    Thermal Imprint

o    RFID Service Bureau

o    Digital Offset

o    Laser

·         Understand and analyze Product Specification

·         Design logic to automatically generate, from the Product Specification, the BOM and ROUTE, with accurate Usage for (a) Standard Cost roll up, and (b) Production execution and control
