Pre-Production Coordinator specializing in Trim Product Development

Specific Responsibilities & Duties

• Work with NY Design & HK office on trim development after initial sampling in preparation for bulk orders.
• Work with trim suppliers to get best quality and negotiate prices for bulk orders.
• Work closely with Design director and Design team in NY on the seasonal product orders.
• Work between Design & NY/China Production preparing & following up on Style Tech packs and production details for Production factories in China and off shore countries.
• Track and maintain design calendar to ensure timely execution of product development during pre-production

Skills

• Extensive knowledge of the trim & embellishment market for children’s denim bottoms
• Knowledge of the production process
• Understanding of garment construction, silhouettes, sewing techniques, fabrication and trim
• General knowledge of the design process
• Ability to take initiative, highly motivated, detail oriented.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite, adobe products

Experience Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English
• Experience working with Walmart preferable

• Denim Production
• Extensive experience in sourcing & pricing embellishments, embroideries, appliques, sequins, rhinestones.
• Experience in Illustrator & Photoshop, Excel
• 5+ years related experience

?就季节性产品订单与纽约的设计总监和设计团队紧密合作。

?在Design和NY / China Production之间进行工作，为中国和近海国家的生产工厂准备和跟踪Style Tech包装和生产细节。

?跟踪并维护设计日历，以确保在预生产期间及时执行产品开发

技能专长

?对儿童牛仔底布的装饰和点缀市场有广泛的了解

?了解生产过程

?了解服装结构，轮廓，缝纫技术，制造和修剪

?设计过程的常识

?具有主动性，积极性，注重细节的能力。

?出色的组织能力和沟通能力

?能够执行多项任务并按时完成任务

?精通Microsoft办公套件，adobe产品

经验要求

?良好的英语口头和书面交流

?有与沃尔玛合作的经验者优先

?牛仔布生产

?在采购和定价装饰，刺绣，贴花，亮片，水钻方面具有丰富的经验。

?具有Illustrator和Photoshop，Excel的经验

?5年以上相关经验
