二、岗位职责Job Description：

1 EOL测试台架工艺的编制工作（例如PFMEA, 控制计划，工艺流程图，防错矩阵，经验教训等），组织工艺验证

Develop EOL test bench process (e.g. PFMEA, control plan, process flow chart, error proof matrix, lessons learned, etc.) and organize process validation.

2 EOL测试台架的RFQ及技术协议编写

Develop EOL test bench RFQ and technical agreement. 

3 作为EOL测试台架负责人，参加和设计团队/投产团队及EOL测试台架供应商的同步工程工作，优化测试流程

In charge of EOL test bench, participant in simultaneous engineering work with the design team/launch team and EOL test bench supplier, optimize test procedures.

4 组织EOL测试台架设备的安装调试，预验收及终验收，保证按照项目节点完成投产

Organize the installation and debugging, pre-acceptance and final acceptance of EOL test bench, ensure the successful launch according to project milestone.

5 支持生产质量问题解决，找到根本原因并改进工艺参数

On-site quality problem solving during serial production, find the root cause and improve the process parameters.

6 建立实施EOL下线测试数据库

Build EOL testing related database.

7 建立EOL下线测试经验教训库，动态更新工艺，PFMEA,控制计划等，防止问题的再次发生

Build EOL testing related lessons learned database, keep update the process plan, PFMEA, control plan, prevent the same issue from occurring again.

8 支持将来为适应多种产品而进行的 EOL 测试线改造；

Support potential modification on existing EOL test bench due to multiple products in the future.

 三、任职要求Qualification：

1 大学本科或以上学历

College degree or above 

2  5年以上汽车动力总成变速箱或减速箱EOL台架测试相关经验，有跨国和多文化工作经验优先

At least 5 years experiences major in transmission or gearbox EOL test bench, multi-national and multi-cultural working experience is a plus

3 熟悉PPAP/APQP项目质量策划要求，PFMEA，8D，SPC，MSA等过程质量控制要求

Familiar with PPAP/APQP quality planning requirements and PFMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA process quality control requirements

4 掌握变速箱或减速箱产品和装配工艺

Solid knowledge in transmission or gearbox product and assembly process 

5 掌握EOL测试台架的工作原理及硬件的基础架构， NVH分析

Solid knowledge of test bench operating principle and hardware framework, NVH analysis.

6 良好的英语表达能力

Good oral and written English
