This position is for product supervisor, specialized in customized hydraulic components developing in Engineering Department. He will finish independently designing task, make testing items standard of products, and assist testing engineer to finish performance report by planned project, or regularly assist engineering manager to give the support of the application and technical requirement to the market and users.

能独立完成产品开发过程中的设计及各项测试任务，针对定制产品，配合质量工程师完成产品的测试性能报告。配合工程部经理针对自身负责的产品给予销售和客户技术上的支持。

Main Responsibilities:

岗位职责：

1. Create concept design for customer's solutions based in company product character by customer requirements;

根据客户要求结合公司产品特点，为客户做定制化方案；

2. Provide hydraulic technical solutions to sales and marketing department;

给销售部、市场部人员提供技术方案；

3. Global technical support for specified product groups;

根据自身负责的产品，提供全球性的技术支持给国外同事；

4. 3D(Solidwork) model creating and engineering drawing making;

可以用3D 软件制图（Solidwork软件优先）；

5. Technical instructions and other documents making;

根据产品设计要求，做技术说明文件或其它文档类文件；

6. SAP code /BOM creation;

通过SAP 系统申请产品CODE 和物料BOM 清单制作；

7. Executing product developing process and engineering change order process.

通过产品立项/变更表，执行产品发展计划或做产品改进措施。

Qualificiation:

任职要求：

1. University / College degree and major in Mechanical or Hydraulic;

大专及以上学历，机械或液压专业优先；

2. Above 5 years relevant working experience;

5年以上相关工作经验；

3. Experience preferred in hydraulic components company or hydraulic system factory as designer, or mobile machine company for hydraulic manifold designing, with know-how and application experience regarding ball valve or manifold designing, Hydraulic ball valve designing experience preferred.

在液压元件公司做过产品设计开发或液压系统公司做过液压系统设计人员优先，给工程机械配套过液压阀块设计的人员优先，有液压球阀设计的人员优先；

4. Fluent in English and Mandarin, good at Microsoft office.

英语良好，熟练使用办公软件；

5. Good at CAD (Solidwork) & SAP.

熟悉操作CAD (Solidwork) & SAP；

6. Good communication skills, team work and self-motivated spirits.

良好的沟通能力，具有团队合作精神以及自我驱动力。
