岗位职责( Job Responsibilities):

1、根据园本课程，教授1.5-6岁幼儿； Provide quality English lessons to children aged 1.5-6, according to Scholastic’s Curriculum;

2、课前认真备课，课后对于孩子的个性化表现给予家长反馈； Plan and prepare lessons, communicate with parents and provide feedback on individual student performance;

3、配合其他教师，照顾幼儿的一日生活起居； Take care of the kids during the one-day school life with other staff;

4、参加学校的其他教研、培训、市场宣传等活动。 Participate in teaching, training and marketing activities.

任职要求(Job qualification):

1、热爱教育事业，富有爱心，开朗热情； Love the education career, full of love, cheerful and enthusiastic;

2、儿童早期教育或相关专业的本科以上学历，持有幼儿教师资格证； Bachelor degree or above of early childhood education background or relevant majors, holding the certificate of kindergarten teacher;

3、大学英语6级、英语能力专业八级或海外留学背景者优先。 Holding a CET 6 certification，TEM 8 or Overseas Education Background is preferable.

4、国际幼儿园或国际教育集团工作经验者优先。 A rich experience of international kindergarten or international education group is preferable.

剑桥圣约翰学院学校南京幼儿园，是英国剑桥圣约翰学院学校（以下简称SJCS）的***海外分校。学校秉承SJCS的教育理念，其教育方法、教育目标和SJCS一脉相承，结合中国《幼儿园教育指导纲要》，陪伴孩子迈出探索世界的***步。

St John’s College School Nanjing is the flagship kindergarten opening overseas in a China-UK joint venture with St John’s College School, Cambridge, UK (hereafter known as SJCS). St John’s Nanjing adheres to SJCS’ educational values and, combined with the Chinese pre-school educational guidelines, aims to unearth children’s unlimited potential and accompany them to take their first steps in discovering their world.
SJCS is not only providing resources in teacher hiring, training and management oversight, but also will be providing opportunities for children to go abroad and experience learning in an English environment in Cambridge.

The kindergarten is situated on a plot of 4000㎡ with outdoor space totalling 6000㎡. The kindergarten has been designed with 12 main classrooms, 3 Individual Needs classrooms, Music and Dance studio, Library, Art Studio and Science and Construction rooms. The school boasts an outside handcraft area, floral gardens, pottery workshop, wood workshop, as well as indoor mini kitchen housed in the large sunny Dining Hall. The high standard and professional kitchen and buffet style self-service food will ensure a healthy diet for our children. The external area also includes the ‘D’ shaped front playground, the East Gallery’s seating terrace, the forest garden, drawing wall and the Sky Garden, providing children and staff the most comfortable learning environment.

The kindergarten has a maximum capacity of 240 children ages 1.5-6 years old who will be looked after by a team of loving, creative and energetic teachers using the ‘St John’s Way’ to develop the children’s best selves.
