1. 熟悉Alpha cabin，B&K阻抗管，Small Cabin
2. 熟悉声学传播原理，有CAE仿真经验 – Biot model，VA one airborne noise
3. 对于多孔材料声学整改经验丰富
4. 参与或辅助过OEM整车Airborne noise整改者优先

主要职责The main missions of the role are:[LL1] 

？  严格按照客户标准、内部质量文件、作业文件完成检测任务并准确、及时、有效出具报告。Complete the test tasks strickly in line with customer’s standards, internal quality documents, operation documents, and accurately, timely and effectively give report.

？  为新产品开发提供性能评审，失效模式分析等。Provide performance review  and  FMEA (Faliure Mode and Effects Analysis) for new production development.

？  做好数据原始档案记录和档案管理并定期对数据加入数据库、为实验数据的准确性和可靠性提供有力保障。Deal with the original record and add data to database regularly to ensure the accuracy and reliability to experimental documents.

？  负责实验设备的维护点检、周期性检定和校对工作，保证实验设备的正常运行＆期间核查的实施。Responsible for spot check of experimental equipment, periodic inspection and calibration to ensure the proper running of experimental equipment and the implementation of intermediate checks.

？  负责实验室6S实施，为实验的开展提供良好的环境资源保障。Responsible for 6s implementation in Lab. Provide good environmental resources for experimenting.

？  完成领导安排的其它工作等。Complete the other tasks assigned by leaders.
