1、渠道开拓和维护：协助银保负责人制定渠道业务策略和渠道开拓方案；共同执行渠道开拓工作
（1） 协助向银保负责人提供渠道业务相关信息，并及时追踪和更新渠道业务动向；
（2） 协助银保负责人并参与制定渠道业务策略和渠道开拓方案；
（3） 协助银保负责人并参与进行与合作渠道决策层的业务洽谈；
（4） 在银保负责人指导下，落实决策层洽谈的结果，完成与银行相关业务部门和人员进行渠道业务推动工作计划沟通和洽谈；
（5） 执行银行网点负责人层面的业务沟通与洽谈，指导所辖业务员对网点销售人员进行各项沟通，及时追踪沟通结果，确保渠道工作计划有效执行。
2、业务推动和管理：负责制定和执行渠道业务推动和管理工作计划，达成渠道业务目标
（1） 在银保负责人指导下，根据渠道业务策略和目标，制定渠道业务推动方案和工作计划；
（2） 在渠道支持岗协助下，定期进行渠道业务分析，制定相应的业务推动行动方案；
（3） 在渠道支持岗协助下，协调相关职能部门和岗位，落实渠道业务推动活动和计划的各项工作，及时追踪工作执行进度和效果，确保各项工作按时完成。
3、团队建设和管理：制定销售团队发展计划，负责渠道销售团队招聘、辅导和日常管理，达成人员管理目标
（1） 在银保负责人指导下，根据渠道业务策略和目标，制定渠道销售团队发展计划；
（2） 在销售支持岗和公司人力资源部协助下，负责销售人员招聘和甄选，组建渠道销售团队；
（3） 在银保相关职能部门和岗位协助下，负责对所辖销售团队的业务人员进行绩效追踪、分析和绩效辅导，提高绩效水平，达成团队管理目标。

大专以上学历
三年以上工作经验，1年以上寿险销售管理经验
