"工作职责：
? Tracking of all order-fulfillment projects to ensure continuous progress and on time completion through abilities to foresee problems and coordinate preventive actions in advance.
? Managing staff and effectively utilizing limited resources of Engineering at the China office. Coordinating engineering resources to support Sales and Manufacturing.
? Communicating with Sales Managers to make estimates on costs of good on custom equipment per customer requirements, and write technical proposals for bidding purposes.
? Traveling to customer sites to start ups and troubleshoot of equipment.
? Training of customers on use and troubleshoot equipment on site.
? Answering calls from customers to explain working and troubleshooting of equipment.
? Checking of engineering work (eg., drawings and calculations) performed by Engineers before submitting to cooperate for approval. Providing guidance to Engineers to reach their potentials.
? Occasional traveling with Sales Managers to support technical discussions.



任职要求：
? Extremely detail oriented.
? Excellent work ethic and attitude.
? Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese. Excellent phone skills.
? Excellent ability to foresee challenges in projects. Willing to take initiatives to coordinate preventive actions to ensure on time delivery.
? Mechanical, Instrumentation, and/or Thermo-power engineering degree(s).
? Proficient in Microsoft Project.
? Experienced in putting together Chinese technical proposals and costs for custom industrial equipment (preferably custom industrial gas equipment) for bidding processes.
? Experience working at a start-up company, at a low volume manufacturer, or at a dynamic work environment with limited resources.
? Hands on person.
? Fast learner.
? Ability to work under crisis or constant pressure. Persistence to solve problems and able to “think on the feet”
? Schedule, people, and project management skills.
? Problem solving skills.
? Very good people skills. Sense of humor.
? Strong team player.
? Love challenges.
? Report directly to General Manager.
