工作职责：

Job Responsibilities:

1.向最高管理层汇报质量工作情况；

Reporting to top management quality work.

2.负责质量过程性能监控,负责的确保实现这个过程,并保持其高性能稳定；

Responsible for quality process performance monitoring, make sure the responsible areas are fulfilling the process and maintain its high and stable performance.

3.负责培训所有的员工根据质量体系要求,确保质量方针是从上而下是众所周知的；Responsible for training all the employees according to the quality system requirements, make sure the quality policy is well known from top and down.

4.负责过程审核，包括供应商审核，内部审核和客户审核；

Responsible to process audit include supplier, internal and customer audit to company.

5.负责部门内部团队建设、组织、管理、协调及考核；

Responsible for internal team construction, organization, management and coordination and assessment.

6.有权制止不合格品的交付和使用；

The right to stop delivery and use of defective products.

7.领导质量部门和员工确保公司产品的质量标准；

Leading the Quality Department and its staff to ensure the quality standard of company's products.

8. 负责提高质量的最终产品,解决所有的质量问题,解决所有客户的投诉；

Responsible for improving the quality of all final products, resolving all quality problems and settling all complaints from customers.

9. 与外部各方沟通关于质量相关问题；

Communicate with external parties in regards to quality-related issues.

10. 负责确保所有质量文件和工作指令被密切关注；

Responsible for ensuring all quality documents and working instructions are being closely followed.

11. 制定质量标准和检验程序；

Work out quality standards and inspection procedures.

12. 安排检验过程；

Arrange inspection process.

13.负责日常生产过程的质量计划；

Responsible for daily production process quality plan.

14.负责处理客户投诉和退货；

Responsible for handling customer complaints and return.

15.了解计量量具的管理；

To know the management of gauge.

16.负责质量报表的制定和质量分析；

Responsible for the formulation of quality report and quality analysis.

17.负责不合格项目或产品的纠正改进措施的落实管理；

Responsible for the unqualified project or product corrective measures to carry out the management.

18.负责制定并确保质量目标的达成；

Responsible for the formulation and ensure quality target reaching.

19.定期发布质量分析报告，主持召开月度质量会议；

Regularly issue quality analysis report, hosting a monthly quality meeting.

20.负责ISO/TS16949质量体系推行工作；

Responsible for ISO/TS16949 quality system promote work.

21.完成总经理安排的其他工作；

Complete other work arranged by General Manager.

任职资格

Your Qualifications：

1.理工科机械专业本科学历；

University Degree in Engineering or machinery.

2.年龄：35~40

Age: 35~40.

3.10以上汽车行业工作经验；

Ten years auto industry working experiences.

4.较强沟通能力和团队工作精神；

Strongly communication skill and team work spirit.

5.流利英文口语及书写能力；

Excellent English in speech and in writing.

6.有齿轮质量管理工作经历；

Gear quality management work experience.

7.有较强的项目管理技能；

Strong project management skills.

8.能理解关键技术问题；

Ability to understand critical technical issues.

9.熟悉6Sigma或其他过程QC方法；

Familiar with Six Sigma or other process QC methods.

10.充分的质量管理理论知识和现场质量管理经验；

Full of quality management theory of knowledge and site experience in quality management.

11.会运用Office办公软件及AutoCAD软件；

Use Office and AutoCAD software.

12.擅长使用FMEA，SPC，MSA，PPAP，APQP，8D质量工具；

Expert at these quality tools include FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, APQP, 8D.
