职位描述
Job Responsibilities
1. Adheres to IBM's Business Conduct Guidelines
2. Work closely with Web Enablement Team Lead
3. Monitors and actions all problem records assigned within contractual service level agreements & terms and conditions
4. Responsible for ensuring/maintaining the technical integrity of the Web Enablement environment
5. Provide 7X24 on call support as required
6. Perform security compliance tasks.
7. Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements
-Technical Skills:
1. Has the professional knowledge within their technical specialty to support the attainment of team and department/function objectives through the use of existing or new tools and process
2. Develops and presents Technical solutions to the client.
3. Creates presentations and presents to management and executives as required.
4. Communicates, negotiates and provides direction to vendors and subcontractors on an ongoing basis.
5. High degree of analytical ability and creativity to solve complex problems for medium to large projects
6. Runs and manages projects in an end-2-end capacity.
-Technical Skills
1. Unix, AIX basic knowledge, Shell script.
2. Web and Middleware
3. WebSphere Application Server
4. WebSphere MQSeries
5. WebSphere Portal Server
WebServers (IIS , Apache , IBM HTTP Server)
6. Operating Environments (Linux, AIX, Microsoft Windows NT, 2000, 2003 VMware, Citrix etc.)
-Professional Skills:
