1 Responsibilities /工作职责:
(Summary)
In a partnership with Retail Operation Team, HR team and Greater China training team, align talent development project with business and talent development strategy; be able to design and deliver talent development related courses, effective and efficient fulfillment and regular reporting to key stakeholders; manage internal and external training resources, support retail training academy to certify, develop internal training team.
2 Key Duties/主要任务:
- Conduct needs assessments by working closely with regional stakeholders/HR team to understand L&D requirements to create and design the L&D plans in alignment with organization's talent development strategy.
- Design and deliver comprehensive learning and development project within organization by using variety of training techniques and a collaborative approach.
- Continually improve and optimize the New Hire Training program, MT program, Mystery Shopping program, and learning projects for different level store teammates, including store managers, give strong support on capability development for all levels frontline by following company competency model.
- Engage with HR and all business units on critical talent development such as Talent Review, and intern program to continually assess the state of our talent and adjust our L&D strategies to reflect the insights.
- Develops evaluation strategies to measure programs effectiveness with a keen focus on collecting data and measuring outcomes to continuously improve our learning solutions
- Liaison with Greater China retail team to leverage relevant tools and resources, help drive the implementation and adoption of related programs.
- Partner with outside vendors to facilitate employee programs and track and assess the effectiveness.
3 Requirements /录用条件:
- 7+ years of work experience leading training initiatives/learning projects, familiar with retail talent development projects, solid experience on competency model and course development, bachelor degree and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill with the ability build trust relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Self-motivated with the passion for continuous improvement
-Desired experience in leading talent or learning development team at multinational company, or experience in training consulting firms.
- Logical thinking, good planning and execution;
- Good customer-oriented mindset;
- Attention to details and quality delivery;
- Good English skills both written and oral.
