Primary Responsibilities:

-Identify viable and profitable new commercial opportunities and co-ordinate sales projects in order to meet the company’s sales growth objectives

- Develop sales at our Global Accounts following the Group’s guidelines for coordination of global customers

 -Travelling to visit existing and new clients in the assigned area and participate in the Global Sales Meetings (Italy)

- Develop and continually enhance customer relationship

- Managing and interpreting customer requirements

- Preparing quotations according to the company’s guidelines

- Negotiating quotations with customers

- Preparing Sales Reports and Trip Reports for head office

- Optimize rate of return on new and existing product/account combinations

- Recording and maintaining client contact data

- Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events

- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs

- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

- Liaising with Engineering and Quality located in the Headquarter (Italy) - with frequent telephone calls and web meetings - in order to support the development of Custom Products

- Solving client problems and supporting the customer and the organization to solve Quality complaints

- Formulate Account Plans consistent with AR-TEX’s strategy and manage their execution; review progress against and adjust plan

- Manage business risk to AR-TEX by anticipating future obstacles at all project stages

- Keep AR-TEX apprised of relevant market information – data, trends, and consequences

- Position AR-TEX as a reliable organization capable of providing thorough, timely solutions to customer's sealing applications

Must have skills

 - Native Language: Chinese

 - English fluent

 - Sales and marketing, good negotiation and presence

 - Former experience in the high volume industrial sector (3+ years in the role)
