Job Description:

1. Cooperate with the HR team to complete the recruitment tasks according to the company’s plan and demand of each department;
2. Screen CVs and find suitable candidates through various channels (website, recommendation, etc.);
3. Make interview arrangements.
4. Conduct background investigation, deliver offers to candidates, and follow-up on-boarding process;
5. Maintain, evaluate, analyze all available recruitment channels to meet internal personnel needs with high efficiency and quality;
6. Conduct payment documents; follow up contracts; apply for new suppliers, etc.;
7. Other HR administrative issues

                                

    

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above; Good written and spoken English skill
2. This position accepts fresh graduate. Experience within the recruiting or headhunting sector is preferred.
3. Good at communication, negotiation and expression
4. Efficient, quick learner, hard-working, detail oriented
5. Good temperament, can work under pressure
