工作职责

1. 协助游泳馆的维护和保养工作，包括泳池的水质监测等。

2. 监管游泳馆秩序。

4. 如果有紧急情况发生，应立即采取正确有效地措施保证泳者的安全。在紧急医疗服务到来前提供必要的急救措施。

5. 时刻展现专业的工作水平和工作态度，保持高标准的服务水平。

6. 按照指示执行维护工作，以保持泳池设施的清洁和安全。

7. 准备相关的活动报告。

8. 履行其他与工作相关的职责。

9.  严格执行持证上岗制度，每年必须通过救生员技能年审，否则不予上岗。

10. 严格执行责任区域划分，在上岗之前，必须确认各自负责的水面区域，并做好值勤及赴救资料整理和记录。

 

工作技能

1. 遇到紧急情况，能够镇定有效地作出反应。

2. 熟练掌握并运用救生技术

3. 能够通过部门的职前技能评估。

4. 日常行政文书工作的能力。

5. CPR和急救知识。

6. 遵循常规口头和书面指示。

UWC (United World Colleges) is a global education movement that makes education a force to unite people, nations and cultures for peace and a sustainable future.

Opened in 2015, UWC Changshu China is the first UWC in the mainland of China and the 15th in the world. The College is located on the northern shore of Kuncheng Lake in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, around 110km from Shanghai. UWC Changshu China offers a transformative and challenging educational experience in a multicultural environment. Our students come from nearly 100 countries and regions with different cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. They are competitively selected in their own countries by UWC national committees and many receive needs-based scholarships.

As an IB World School, UWC Changshu China offers a high-quality two-year International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme (DP) and a one-year Pre-DP preparatory programme for students to be better prepared for the rigorous IB Diploma Programme. On top of that, co-curricular programmes and community living provide excellent opportunities for experiential learning. Students are encouraged to live up to UWC values, such as international understanding, mutual responsibility and respect, idealism, action and personal example.
