Job Description
To plan, organize and control production in module assembly to ensure that goods are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard. Accountable for the fulfillment of the following :
1. Delivery in term of Quantity, Quality, CLIP and Range.
2. Assembly production F1 & GK material consumption.
3. Personnel Efficiency (HPU)
4. TCR KPIs zero deviation

1) Production/Shopfloor management : Manage overall assembly production systematic and shopfloor management in order to achieve good manufacturing discipline, required logistic performance, Zero Defect requirement and zero cost deviation as refer to TCR.
2) Effectively lead, coach and develop a large work team to accomplish operational objectives
3) Identify, diagnose and resolve operational, manufacturing and maintenance problems within deadlines
4) Plan work flow, manage multiple priorities and meet daily production targets while consistently managing the zero deviation to material consumption ；
5) Develop new procedures and processes to improve production accuracy and enforce quality control and tracking programs to meet quality objective
6) People management: Recruit, develop, train, evaluate and motivate key staffs, communicate and effectively deploy department objectives in order to ensure staffs are qualified and motivated and able to operate within their own area independently.

Requirements/Qualifications
1.Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree or PhD. in Engineering Minimum 8 years experience in semiconductor backend assembly & test experience with 3 years in production function.
2. Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes, quality systems and standards in Semiconductor industry.
3. Strong in problem solving and analytical skills. Excellence in logical thinking.
4. Fluent in English and proven leadership and communications skills.
5. People Management through effective Interpersonal Skills, Self Managing Team (SMT), Small Group Activity (SGA) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
6. Knowledge on Industrial Engineering, Capacity and Headcount Planning.
7.Well develop personal management and human organization skills.
