1. Project management which includes product localization or redesign, prototyping, pilot batch and serial production.
2. TEV design, manufacture support and trouble shooting.
3 .Cooperates with US engineer to localize, redesign, and cost reduction.
4. VA/VE project for existing product
5. Complete projects and assignments in a timely and professional manner.
6. Participate and manage cross-functional teams.
7. Interact with internal and external customers on a regular basis.
8. Resolve technical customer problems.

1. Bachelor degree in mechanical, refrigeration/ HVAC or equivalent experience would be a prefer
2. 2 years above experience on TEV design, performance test and reliability test.
3. Problem solving skills, such as A3 /8D /5Why /Fault Tree /DOE etc.
4. Good read, write, listening and oral English
5. Project management capability
6. Experience on drafting standards, GD&T, material and manufacturing process related to TEV.
7. 2 years above in 2D and 3D CAD modeling experience
8. Proven experience with taking projects from concept to production.
9. Proven Innovative thinking. Self-starter and motivated to succeed.
10.Player with the desire to satisfy the customer with strong interpersonal skills.
11.Ability to travel domestic and international
