3. 负责所辖部门岗位的招聘工作；

4. 组织进行品牌文化建设，团建等工作；

5. 参与所在业务部门的领导力发展和人才发展通道建设；

6. 支持企业人力资源变革并参与变革行动；

7. 完成领导安排的部门内其他工作任务

职位要求：

1、全日制大学本科及以上学历；

2、五年以上人力资源实战经验，熟悉力资源6大模块，并擅长招聘；

3、性格外向，亲和力强，具备良好的沟通表示能力、创新能力，具有团队精神，抗压能力强。
