工作职责：

1. Regional leadership of a procurement category and associated sub-categories

2. Reporting directly to the Head of Indirect Procurement APAC-China and taking functional and strategic direction from the Global Category Managers and Global Sub Category managers to ensure the deployment of the global Sub-Category strategy including appropriate, and agreed, modifications to the global strategy to fit the needs of the region

3.  Work closely with the Global Category Managers to ensure that the global strategy takes account of the regional requirements including the agreement of the most efficient way to deploy the strategy across the region.

4. In cases where there is no global Category management, by analysis of spend, detailed understanding of the supply market(s) and internal business requirements, develop and deliver Category and Sub-Category strategies achieving the agreement and support of Procurement Business Partners and their internal clients.

5. Builds strong relationships with the Procurement Business Partner organisation in the region, and where appropriate internal clients, in order to ensure appropriate strategies are deployed

6. Develop, maintain and monitor common, efficient, ethical purchasing processes

任职要求：

1. Capability in developing sourcing strategies and leading the implementation    

2. In deeph knowlegde of internal purchasing procedures and processes, and solid knowledge of the external trends and best practice.

3. Leadership of complex multi country sourcing teams and projects 

4. Ability to develop performance measures for categories with stakeholders and costumers

5. Deep knowledge of the relevant supply markets and trends. Critical experience

6. Strong procurement experience, greater than 5 years in a senior procurement role

7. Category Management Experience in Engineering, Utilities & Waste

8. Working in a multi-national, multi-cultural environment 

9. Project team leadership (geographically dispersed and cross-functional with proven results) 

10.  Degree, commercial qualification e.g. MBA or equivalent
