Handle and process orders in SAP receiving from oversea importer, ensure orders well receiving by vendor and JV’s company. Keep communication with vendor to identify system abnormal or error information and report to related IT department and CS team.Ensure delivery ASN sending without error and physical delivery on time.Monitor 3rd Part Logistic Company (3PL) reception process by customer standard defined; to process quality claim if any abnormal delivery detect.Maintain and create label data to 3PL and control relabelling process in the HUBStock available checking in SAP, place outbound order in SAP to 3PL for repacking processMonitor repacking process with 3PL by customer standard and give professional opinion for special case. Coordinate with 3PL ensure repacking finish on time and make shipper booking to forwarder. Update shipping plan and control loading quality.Monitor backorder status and push supplier delivery without customer claim. Weekly meeting with supplier to figure out backorder status and review delivery performance on weekly basis.Investigate root cause of customer claim and find solution to prevent issue repeat. Coach and defined process with 3PL to correct error operation and control potential risk.KPI data statistic and review with 3PL, supplier, PR team.Regular meeting with France to review VOR, urgent and delivery performance and another important issue.Monthly payment and billing handle with 3PLStock count with 3PL ensure no more discrepancy between physical and system data. Root cause investigation if any gap identified.System issue alert and working with IT to resolve problem in short time.Customer annual 3PL platform audit and corrective action plan to continuous improve 3PL performance.
