职位描述/GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:

  

• 与生产部门计划准备客户的订单。

• Plan customer needs with Production Departments.

   

  责任与义务/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 保证每周从客户处获取订单。

  Ensures customers send their weekly orders.

• 保证生产部门根据Level Load接受生产安排。

  Ensures the Production Departments receive schedules according to Level Load.  

• 确保每周及时发运满足客户订单要求。

  Ensure the in-time delivery  is as  requested by the customer order.

• 执行可适用的环境保护政策和质量系统及环境管理指示。

  Complies with applicable Environmental Policy and Quality Systems and Environmental management instructions.

• 执行工作场所安全和健康政策及可适用指示。

  Complies with Workplace Safety and Health Policy and applicable instructions.

   

  工作内容/ACTIVITIES:

• 接受客户订单

  Release Receiving

• 输入所有上美工厂的客户的订单安排。

  Input all Summit Components customer schedules.

• 根据客户需求制定生产排程。

  Distribute customers’ schedules to Production Department.

• 每天跟进生产情况保证与客户的要求一致。

  Daily follows-up to ensure customer orders are being met.

• 保证每天发货通知(ASN)会及时寄给客户。

  Ensure that the advance shipping notice (ASN) is being sent on a daily basis to customers.

• 每天上午跟踪确认发货无问题。

  Verifies products’ Shipping Stage every morning.

• 就发货及订单预测等问题与客户进行沟通。

  Communication with customer for the delivery and order/forecast issue.

• 每天检查DDL。  

  Check DDL daily

• 每天参加Green会议。

  Attends Green Meetings daily.

• 按要求参与问题解决进程。

  Participates in the problem solving process as required.

• 参与常规工作小组。

  Participates in the Natural Work Teams.

• 完成要求的其他职责。

  Other duties and responsibilities as required.

• 持续改善物料部门的工作程序。

  Continuously improves the processes of the Materials Department.

• 保持工作场所，设备及物料整洁有序，并及时得到维修。

  Maintains workplace, equipment and materials clean, orderly and in good repair.

• 每周清点缓冲和安全区域的产品。

  Makes a weekly count of Buffer and Safety.

• 直接参与SLMS系统。

  Participates directly in the SLMS system.

• 为所有客户准备装货的票据和条形码的标签。

  Prepares Bill of Ladings as well as barcodes labels for all customers.

   

  应具备的技术知识和能力/TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS:

• 良好的交流技巧。

  Good interpersonal skills. 

• 较强的计划组织协调能力。

  Skilled in planning, coordination and organizing.

• 汪得力员工测试得分20分以上。

  Pass Wonderlic score of 20 or greater.

• 熟练使用Excel 等工具。

  Skilled in office tools including Excel.

   

  教育/EDUCATION:

• 大专以上学历。

  College graduate at least.

• 较好的英语读写听说能力。

  Good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.

   

  经验/EXPERIENCE:

• 有2年的计划工作经验。

  2 years of planning work.

• 有ERP使用经验.

  Experience of ERP system.

• 汽车行业经验优先。

  Experience in Auto industry is preferred.

Summit Polymers Inc. is a Kalamazoo, Michigan based, multi-plant, automotive supplier of injection molded interior parts, which specializes in the engineering, manufacture and assembly of feature based a/c registers, consoles and trim panels. SPI has design and sales team, build up excellent symbiosis with many famous carmaker and automobile components supplier for example Ford, GM etc. The Nanjing Plant is established on June 2006, located in Jiangning Economic & Development Zone, and started production on February 2007, the company business performance is good, and being in the period of vigorously development, the existing staff are more than 500 people.
