工作内容：

1. 负责客户服务部相关服务和备件报价以及订单处理，有外企报价经验者优先

2. 负责客户服务部的文档管理，包括收集工程师现场服务报告，现场服务历史记录，检查报销单据，部门日常考勤记录等各类报告数据的整理和统计

3. 处理客户相关投诉以及索赔工作

4. 定期做电话回访，统计服务质量

5. 负责部门领导安排的其他工作

岗位要求：

1. 全日制本科学历

2. 优秀的英语口语沟通及书写能力

3. 精通MS Office软件，熟练运用Excel，PPT等

4. 性格开朗，沟通及团队协调能力强

Job Description：

1. Responsible for customer service and spare quotes and oders.

2. Support service team for all paper works, including collect site reports from engineers; check all reimbursement bills, etc.

3. Deal with customer complaints and compensation

4. Call-back to customer regularly and make service quality report

5. Other tasks assigned by manager.

Requirements:

1. Bacholer degree

2. Good English communication and written skills.

3. Excellent MS Office skills, be skilled at Excel and PPT.

4. Open-minded and strong team organization skills.

Fette Compacting (China) Co., Ltd. is 100% invested by Fette Compacting GmbH. Total investment is over 18 Mio. USD. Fette covers all products in tableting technology, from tablet presses to peripherals and tableting tools. We also provide all services related to machinery and equipment, such as spare parts supply, installation, system upgrades, technical field service, generic term for our process related services which includes our training programs, compression trials, as well as application / OEE consulting and Engineering. All P-Series(P1010/P2020/P3030) produced in Fette Compacting China passed the “CE” certification, to ensure that the products meet the requirements of EU regulations and standards from all aspects.
