RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage Bansard International China’s Marketing day-to-day operations and automation tool, direct mail campaigns and evolve strategy for China lead generation and lead nurturing.

• Helping to create and produce content for video, web, print, and digital marketing & sales collateral including web content, e-mail, infographics, goodies, leaflet, sourcing and supplier management.

• Optimize and track Chinese website for Baidu SEO and Chinese social media, set up of a report on the monthly performance.

• Assist in the management of product launches and other major announcements, across all communications channels

• Organises and attends company-wide and marketing events (Trade shows, Gala dinners, Webinars)

• Improve Bansard International China brand visibility

• Identifying new opportunities and efficiency Marcom innovations

REQUIREMENTS:

• Advanced Degree in Marketing, Business, or a Related Field

• 2 to 3 years’ experience marketing to B2B

• Computer Proficiency: Social Medial, O365, Wechat, Mailchimp, Ai, Smartsheet

• Motivated, self starter with demonstrated record of achievements

• Ability to work independently, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize projects to meet deadlines

• Inquisitive, positive attitude and natural curiosity

• Have a balance between qualitative and quantitative skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (French is a big plus)

• Experienced with O365, Adobe Illustrator, website development, SmartSheet, MailChimp; or the ability to learn technology tools quickly
