Key Responsibilities / Function: 

 ？  Overall planning of the piping prefabricating and installation work as coordination with other discipline work. 

 ？  Review and comment or approve the construction schedule and be responsible for making sure that the required schedules are met. 

 ？  Request the Piping SUBCONTRACTOR to prepare detail work procedure and review and approve this procedure including any coordination with the Discipline Manager/Leader. 

 ？  Monitor and advise the Piping SUBCONTRACTOR(s) on the materials to ensure meeting the schedule. ？  Confirm that work complies with Quality, Safety/Health and Environment requirements and work with the Piping SUBCONTRACTOR(s) to take corrective action in case of problems. 

 ？  Prepare daily and weekly progress construction report. 

 ？  Responsible for compiling all the testing records and inspection report.

 ？  Witnessing field inspection and testing activities. 

 ？  Reviewing the work procedures such as WPS and Hydro testing activities. 

 ？  Involved in punching activities and ensure that in closing up to meet scheduled. 

 ？  Responsible for line checking activities and ensure that the works as per "As Built Drawing".       

Requirement: 

 ？  A degree holder in mechanical/piping engineering from recognized university or higher learning institution is preferable but at least diploma holder.         

 ？  Preferable national register engineer. 

 ？  At least 5 working experience in heavy construction site particular in oil and gas, petrochemical and chemical industries. 

 ？  Good interpersonal and commutation skill. 

 ？  Familiar with local and international construction codes and standard such as GB, SH & API is an advantages. 

 ？  Sound knowledge in piping engineering design is an advantage, particularly local and foreign design codes and standard. 

 ？  Experience in piping pre-commissioning activities such as pipe flushing / blowing and leaks test is a must.
