• Supervise on-site service team including lab support service team and technical service team
• Manage key on-site service programs such as equipment technical service, stockroom inventory and POU replenishment, lab housekeeping and utilities management, etc.
• Work across functional teams such as Lab Manager, IT, various department coordinators and end users.  
• Responsible for KPIs, monthly reports, QBR services review part and manage team to conduct weekly reviews.
• Maintain site safety process and report for the findings/issues with the support of both VWR and customer’s EHS department.
• Supervise the daily operation of on-site service team, encourage team to conduct the continuous improvement. Develop site service plan.
• Manage sub-vendors in terms of delivery and quality performance.
• Responsible for on-site people management, including monthly assessment, quarter review, half year PMP and other VWR HR requirements. Part of the interviewing/ hiring/training of new employees. Approve Overtime, sign time cards, etc,.
• Single point of contact for the customer’s multi functions including Operation, EHS, Quality and other departments.  Also provide proactive suggestions based on our experiences.
• Important point of on-site contact for the VWR internal communication.

  

  

• Bachelor Degree or above
• Good command of both written and oral English.
• Good analytical and computer skills.
• Good Team management and leadership and Communicative Competence.
• Effective work under pressure and handling multi-tasks capabilities.
• Customer-oriented.
• Hard-working, passionate at services, coordination internally across functional teams and externally across different parties.
• Type C driver license

  

• Familiar with lab environment. Life science background is preferred.
• Experience at MNCs is a plus
• 3+ years of people managing experience
