签订第三方项目制合同（项目周期2年左右）

? Review Client technical requirements and ensure these are incorporated in the project related specifications and design drawings.

? Review & preparation of project deliverables including:-

o Process engineering procedures

o Technical specifications

o Process configuration and optimization studies

o Preparation of design basis and philosophy documents (safeguarding, shutdown, relief & blowdown, isolation & maintenance)

o Technology evaluation and selection, including economic assessment

o Process modelling and simulation

o Preparation of PFDs and heat and mass balances

o Sizing and specification of major process equipment

o Data sheets

o P&ID development, including selection of design conditions, hydraulic analysis, line sizing and pipe specifications, equipment isolation, vent and drain systems, cause and effects.

o Safety, environmental and operability reviews (HAZOP, ENVID, SIL, etc)

o Relief system design (PSV sizing, flare hydraulics and radiation analysis, etc)

? Coordinate Process related issues with the other disciplines.

? Ensure overall quality of the Process design by performing regular reviews.

? Apply knowledge/skills to a range of activities; act as a technical resource to others in own area and to colleagues with less experience

? Understand Client needs and identify solutions to non-standard requests.

An experienced Senior Process Engineer with a minimum of 10yrs experience working on major Oil & Gas projects.

Must have:

? Process engineering experience on major Oil & Gas projects

? Must be able to demonstrate significant knowledge of European, American and International standards applicable to the oil & gas and petrochemical industries (API, TEMA, NFPA, ASTM, SME etc…)

? Ability to apply in-depth skills and broad knowledge to address complex problems and non-standard situations. Solves complex problems; takes a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions.

? Capable of explaining difficult concepts and able to persuade others to adopt a point of view. Able to motivate other team members.

? Proven ability to deal with renowned Licensors & Vendors and lead process reviews/discussions along with the Owner as required.

? Must have individually handled P&ID, HAZOP & other safety reviews on major Oil & Gas projects.

? A Chemical Engineering degree from an accredited university

? Experience in similar project
