Responsibilities:

· Check vendor invoices amount against the accrual cost in NextGen system post invoices timely

· Actively manage any discrepancies between accrued costs and actual costs.

· Check the tax ID correctness input by Ops in NextGen according to tax policy

· Review payments and purchasing request according to company policy

· Netting AP process

· Prepare and process payments according to payment terms in the agreements

· Accurately book for Account Payable account.

· Communicate with all department and all branches effectively about any AP invoice or payment issues

· Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or managers

Requirements:

· College degree – Major in Accounting or Finance

· CET 4 above

· At least one working experience in accounts payable accounting role in MNC

· Good communication skills, both internally and externally

· Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable items

· A team player, comfortable in multi-cultural environment

· Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads; understanding of finance issues in an operational environment of rapid growth.

· Proficient in Microsoft office, meeting intermediate standard of Excel is preferable

· Fluent in local language, as well as English (read, spoken and written), and other language helpful in daily business.
