Job Description

1. Responsible to perform managing skill starting from project initiation to project close.
2. Responsible for developing project timeline and budget at the beginning of project.
3. To serve as point of contact window with client and perform daily communication to maintenance the cross-functional alignment of internal and client’s team.
4. Cooperating with Project Leader or Senior Function Leader to identify project issues, risks or gaps, and provide solid solution to mitigate the possible impact on project.
5. Close monitoring and controlling the project progress, including project timeline, milestone and deliverable, to ensure the project is on track and the overall project cost was covered within budget.
6. Developing and organizing project relative documentation, including project charter, project monitoring document, meeting minute, clients’ data and etc.
7. Ability to drive project independently, perform good at cross-function coordination and deal with multiple tasks in a limited time and resource.
8. Responsible to perform the assigned work by dept. head.

                                    

    

Position Requirement

1. At least 3-5 year working experience in bio-pharm industry and 1 year experience on project management. Biologics development and pilot production project management experience will be a plus.
2. Bachelors’ degree or above in Biological Sciences or equivalent experience.
3. Proper knowledge on biological drug development progress; IND or BLA submission experience in CMC part is a plus.
4. Familiar with Good Manufacturing Practice or CMC relative guideline including NMPA, ICH, FDA, EMA and etc. is a plus.
5. Ability to communicate effectively; capable to organized different tasks systemically and perform daily work independently.
6. Display good norms such as clear logic, proactive, positive attitude, accountability, diligent, strong learning ability and teamwork.
7. Good in English written and oral will be recruited first.
