Job Responsibilities:

工作职责：

- Responsible for the overall control of brand image design, including organizing, participating in and guiding the formulation of brand visual design plans

负责品牌形象设计工作的全面掌控，包括组织、参与、指导品牌视觉设计方案的制定

- You are expected to provide insightful creative direction for products from “picture” concept development through to work delivery.

您需要为从“图片”概念开发到工作交付的产品提供富有洞察力的创意指导。

- Responsible for the visual creative design of the pictures/content/promotional pictures/short videos/etc. to improve the overall design quality of the brand

负责照片/内容/宣传图文/短视频/等视觉创意设计，提升品牌整体设计质量

- Lead the overall brand visual style and creative design and ensure the quality of the content and brand materials

主导整体品牌视觉风格和创意设计方案并保证内容及品牌素材的质量

- Work closely with internal team and other departments (e-com& digital, marketing…) to propose creative ideas and execution, determine the tone and presentation of creative design direction and artistic expression, and provide reliable and creative solutions

与团队成员及其他部门（电商、市场部等）合作提出创意构思及执行，确定创意设计方向和艺术表现等方面的基调和表现形，提供确实可靠有创意的方案

- to ensure the feasibility of all projects and creative solutions, and to monitor and track the follow-up implementation

确保所有项目及创意方案的可行性，并监督及追踪后续的落地执行

Job Requirements:

职位要求：

- Major in art, fine arts, design, advertising, etc. 

艺术、美术、设计、广告等相关专业毕业

- More than 5 years related working experience professional Studio photography/creative/ design management experience in a commercial setting for fashion, apparel & e-com

在时尚、服装和电子商务领域有专业摄影，创意及设计方面至少5年以上相关管理经验

- Excellent aesthetic ability, rich creative design inspiration and thinking

出色的审美能力，丰富的创意设计灵感和思维

- Proficient indifferent kinds of related design software, like PS，AI

精通各类设计软件，如PS，AI

- Good teamwork and capability of cross-functional cooperation; good communication skills

良好的团队合作精神及跨部门合作能力，良好的沟通技巧

- Proving experience in project management and workflow management, including management of a creative team

证明有在项目管理和工作流程管理方面的经验，包括创意团队的管理

- Fluent English with both oral and written
