1. Preparation of journal entries, responsible for full set of books and ensure financial compliance with headquarters and local statutory requirements  

2. Prepare monthly closing package

3. Ensure filing of tax returns timely and accurately  

4. File the financial documents and reports in time  

5. Assisting in the internal/external annual audit   

6. Other tasks assigned by supervisor 

7. ERP experience is a must, familiar with Netsuite is preferred 

8. Proficient with Excel preferred 

9. Fluent in both written and spoken English is preferred

10. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and sense of responsibility
