Responsibilities of Position:

? The resource in Nanjing will be part of the China IC agile team and be available to support China BU IC needs.

? Deep dive and risk access for the business, identify the high control risk areas

? Perform annual MCRP review for Ford China legal entities: review process and MCRP with operations; perform IC sample testing; implement corrective actions for issues identified and ensure the correction sustainability.

? Work with operation team and build up sold correction plan and implement

? Support IC manager to roll out control activities

? Perform special studies or audits of business process as requested.

? Support operation team for process setup and improvement

? Provide internal control related trainings as requested

? Assist GAO audits in China (data collection, coordinate meetings, involved in issue discussion)

? Provide local policy development/update support and provide guidance and answer to DOA/policy related questions

? Others at hoc work assigned by BU IC

Qualifications:

? Bachelor Degree in Accounting , Finance or related field. With at least 5-6 years working experiences.

? Experience in finance analysis, internal audit or internal control experience in a multinational company or in accounting firm.

? Professional Certification: CIA / CPA preferred. GRC system Understanding Internal control process including Sox testing , and control quality testing.

? Flexibility for meeting schedules (early morning or late evening) due to the time zone differences with other stakeholder.
