职责描述：
The IT Help Desk Support Manager will be experienced in all aspects of retail IT systems and Point-Of-Sales, together with the ability to provide the support to retail operations. The person will have direct responsibility for the daily operations of Help Desk activities serving the Dairy Farm China Banners.
To act in accordance with the DFCL IT Department's Information Security Policy and ITSM Best Practices.

1. The IT Help Desk Support Manager servers as the lead people in managing the China IT Help Desk Operations and to organise and monitor the adherence of services rules and disciplines for the Help Desk Service including any outsource vendor's SLA performance who are running the day to day operations for DFCN IT.

2. The roles involves managing the areas required to provide high service levels to business users, i.e., provide emergency support services to sustain 7x24 retail operations, incident and change management, continues service improvement. The candidate will also provide necessary IT training and staff coaching to the Help Desk team, monitor/control files migrate from/to Store Systems, liaise with users in investigating and solving identified problems.

3. The IT Help Desk Support manager will also be required to develop and supervise subordinates on technical and leadership knowledge and interface with the users and ensure high level of service is maintained.

2. Good Chinese and English communication, possess strong interpersonal skills and service mentality
3. Familiar with retail stores operation flow
4. Can work independently and a proactive team player
