工作职责：

1. 按照要求完成样机装配，试验准备工作。
2. 协助测试工程师完成中压开关产品的测试任务。
3. 及时记录并反馈样机装配过程中的问题；记录和整理测试数据。
4. 负责各自装配区域的5S。
5. 按要求负责物料、设备、工具的管理并及时汇报状态。

职位要求：

1. 具备较强的动手能力，学习能力强
2. 有机电设备的装配，生产，检测等相关工作经验
3. 具备基本的机械、电气、安全知识
4. 吃苦耐劳，能适应高强度的工作及具有良好的抗压能力
5. 善于沟通，良好的团队合作精神
6. 有电工证、叉车证优先
