Job title – Training Executive, GroupM, China

Overview of job

    

You will be mainly reasonable for planning and implementing cooperate level learning activities, including training organisation, participants feedback analysis, data management etc. as well as managing learning system.  You will also plan an important role in design & deploy internal communication to encourage employee self-learning motivation.

    

    

Reporting of the role

    

This role reports to the [Head of Learning & Development].

Measures of success –
In three months:

  • Learn the people, company and culture in GroupM
  • Quickly understand the process and practice on daily job
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholder

                

In six months:

  • Independently manage training management process
  • Work efficiently and effectively with vendor as well as HR Team, e.g. C&B, T&A and HRBP

            

In 12 months:

  • Worked and developed training metrics and dashboards that give delightful insights
  • Manage critical tasks and projected assigned

            

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Assist in generate annual training calendar;
  • Execute training program including vendor management, participants management and on-site support; monitor training process, evaluate training effectiveness and continuously optimize training content;
  • Maintain the training database and create dashboards of data intelligence;
  • Ensure all training documentation, materials and records are effectively compiled and maintained;
  • Be super user of Learning Management System including data updating, content refresh and user management;
  • Take charge of internal communication and promotion of training-related initiatives.


                                

What you will need:

  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably from MNCs
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good at Microsoft skills, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Strong sense of accountability, and high learning agility to be confident in complexity environment
  • Be good in both written and spoken English
