Job Output: This position is responsible for providing the effective direction and leadership of maintenance operations and personnel within a growth team organization-the WJ plant by aiming the general plant objectives of safety, quality, downtime decreasing, service and cost reduction .Responsibilities include setting up all necessary maintenance systems, to keep the machines running and cable to meet all quality requirements; managing the maintenance budgets and related period expense budget items; coordinating on staff support and personnel directed at safety and environment audit, process improvement, cost reduction, organization development and customer satisfaction
Key Process (Ownership/Participation):
? Ensure a safe workplace by leading all related safety efforts for both company employees and outside contractors. This includes training and monitoring behaviors and establishing safe conditions and auditing them.Leads and drives root cause investigations on incidents and/or design shortfalls.
? Directs and coordinates the work of the various crafts and functions of theMaintenance organization. Organizes hires and trains all department employees. Sets standards and expectations; monitors their performance and development.
? Prepare instructions, guide lines and training to the foremen and operators related to how to make daily
checking and keep the equipments in a proper way.
? Defines the standard time of each maintenance operation and evaluate maintenance people based on standard.
? Establishes and maintains all planned maintenance processes including work identification, planning and scheduling work execution and materials and labor management under the precious maintenance principle.
? Proactively monitors condition of equipment via PM, PdM, failure analysis, and documentation of adequate equipment history records used for improvement analysis.
? Control and keep historical records of each machine, related to corrective and preventive maintenance.
? Oversee stocking of spare parts, management of storeroom and equipping of maintenance shop.
? Controls maintenance period expense budget.
? Ensues asset documentation and valuation files are accurate and maintained.
? Works in a close partnership with Production and Technical department to investigate, analyze and correct production problems.
? Responsible for using lean tools and thought to continue improving maintenance safety, efficiency, quality and cost. Establish professional maintenance activity board and organize the professional maintenance activity team.
? Responsible for management of facilities and grounds. Conducts inspections and audits of assets.
? Identify and execute improvements to the plant's maintenance systems and procedures in support of
production operations.

2 Maintenance Supervisors
Maintenance Planner
17 Craftsmen
Works closely with ABP Technology engineers
Partners with ABPS counterpart
Key Customers and Suppliers:

All the functional departments are key customers especially manufacturing.
External
Counterparts in other ABP and corporate locations
Local bureaus and authorities
Contractors and major parts vendors
Measures of Effectiveness:
Safety and housekeeping performance
Meet maintenance expense within budget
Equipment uptime and capability;Downtime continuous improvement and rate performance
Process improvements identified and successfully integrated into capital plans
Development and mentoring of staff reporting to this position
Value Added Activities:
Provide regular reports as requested on status and project support
Education & Work Experience:
? Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering or similar field required.
? Minimum of 5-8 years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
? Pervious leadership of maintenance department resources
? Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office programs
? Good communication skills (verbal, written and presentation) in both Mandarin and English
Specialized Knowledge & Skills:
PM: Professional maintenance
FI : Focus improvement
Other lean experience, 5G, PDCA ect.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Occasional out of the ordinary work hours including during holidays
Work environment that may be dusty, wet and noisy. High or low ambient temperatures at times.
Some physical lifting and odd work positions may be encountered during maintenance.
