    The Job Responsibilities will be as follows:

LMS administrator must take care of operational performance of a Learning Management System daily as well as to establish a connection between End User and Course Owner.

To successfully perform these tasks, an LMS administrator must perform many activities. Some of the most important duties of an LMS administrator are listed below.

LMS administrator should have a professional and efficient collaboration with cross-functional teams. This means this person should:

• Actively participate in the process of information exchange.
• Assist in the process of the review creation.
• Make consultations with other teams to implement the best learning practices.

Course Set Up/Revisioning

Courses set up and revised in case of update; includes set up of assessments as well enter a new course into SuccessFactors when getting a new course request from course owner, assessment setting up if required for self/paced course. When content is changed, version management. Keep the track of the freshly uploaded relevant courses, materials, and workshops within the LCMS.

Learning Event Set Up

Classroom trainings in different locations and sites based on inputs received for the course owners, also web casts

Learning Event Completion

After training delivery, class/web cast is marked completed and credits are given to all attendees that passed the training

Student Registration

Registrations according to the scheduling done in SRPS for tech trainings; or for the non-technical trainings (such as sales diploma classes)

Building Custom Certification

Capability to build Custom Certificates for different types of Learning and Programs

Prerequisite Monitoring and Reminding

In prior to a classroom training monitoring the prerequisite completion

Slot Allocation

Slots allocated for each live class as per demand and/or business justifications

Scheduling

Scheduling of engineers for different trainings (normally done by Regional Training Leads, but in case of NPI or otherwise predefined audience, TE's do the scheduling, too

Class Fill Up

Monitoring registrations of each live class and ensuring the seats will be filled up

Data Set Up and Clean Up

Removing engineers that do not have valid contract with Agilent anymore, modifying the reporting lines as necessary, setting up new engineers/updating the details, correcting WLA views, marking obsolete courses unplannable. Marking obsolete courses that are not in use anymore or have not been used for a while. Review and Cleanup LMS content as per the agreed specifications and norms.

Reporting and Dashboard

Demand reports for the SU and/or managers (occasionally, as they can do it themselves as well). Different kind of reports for different purposes: to follow up prerequisite completion, to get to know how many (and who) are trained on different instruments e.g. per region, report on no shows per quarter/month, etc. Design custom Reports and/or Dashboards based on business needs.

Troubleshooting and Support

Recognize and resolve the issues that may appear when it comes to course design, its configuration or infrastructure. Make sure that the LMS works properly and act fast if it comes to bugs and unexpected errors. Help the learners with any issues.

Provide Level 1 support for SRPS solution and solving user problems.
