岗位职责： 

1、负责淘宝/京东店铺、网站的美工设计，活动设计，图片处理，能用简介文案表达产品的卖点； 

2、负责商品的设计和美化，包括拍照及图片修改和制作、动态广告条等的设计，商品展示模板设计，日常产品维护、调整、美化；

3、能独立完成淘宝店铺的主页美化，制作促销、描述模板，根据公司产品的上架情况和促销信息自主制作促销广告位，对拍摄后的产品图进行校色、美化处理； 

4、站在用户角度去思考，提高网站的可用性，优化设计；能够挖掘消费者的浏览习惯和点击需求； 

5、负责上级交办的其他设计工作； 

6、具有良好沟通协调能力和一定的团队合作意识，积极主动、具备责任感、配合度高、擅于沟通； 

7、具有一定的摄影学基础。 

任职要求： 

1、设计、美术相关专业毕业，有实际操作经验和较强的创新思维； 

2、2年以上电子商务领域设计经验； 

3、熟练使用Photoshop、Illustrator、CoreIDraw等平面设计软件；熟悉DIV+CSS，能独立制作网页，能看懂基本网页代码（会AE,C4D,使用单反相机的优先）； 

4、有较好的美术基础，有较强色彩搭配、审美观和一定文字编辑能力； 

5、熟悉淘宝美术相关操作，能够独立装修网店，配合运营计划发布广告图片； 

6、对淘宝工作有热情、思维敏捷，能积极配合其他岗位完成团队任务； 

7、有淘宝美术相关经验工作者优先； 

8、有一定文案能力者、拍照能力者优先；
