职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Establish and develop BD channels as well as build informal partnerships with strategic partners to increase customer results and to ensure that the ideal market penetration and sales performances are achieved.
2. Lead and track BU BD initiatives and activities to ensure the achievement of BD KPI, namely qualified leads, proposals, wins and turnover generated against the Business Plan;
3. Host regularly BD meeting within your BU Head to discuss the progress of BD efforts;
4.Participate in weekly BD meeting with all BDs on BD activities and progress; Submit relevant monthly BD summary report to Head of BD covering the data of your BU and ensure the database is up-to-date.
5. Lead, develop and train your BD team (Executives and Interns) in order to ensure that they are well-motivated and equipped for current and future business challenges;
6. Organize appropriate promotion activities such as seminars, workshops, conference and industry fair to build upcorporate brand and boost sales growth at a companywide level; Manage marketing budget within business plan.
Requirements:
1 Marketing, business development or business related major
Engineering, or construction related training essential
2 Good knowledge of Chinese Construction Industry as well as Governmental Procedures;
3 At least 5 yrs experience in BD position in related fit out and commercial industry.
4 High level communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work with people at all levels;
5 Ability to identify and secure appropriate business opportunities;
6. Ability to manage and report on financial performance of project and business unit to the company management;
7. Ability to work in a solution-oriented and analytic way with the aim to competently consult and convince the customer;
8. Client relationship management skills essential.
9. Commercial awareness and negotiation skills essential.
