Job Description:
? Hands-on operation and optimization on performance campaigns across Tencent, Bytedance and search engines.
? Be involved in campaign planning, data analytics, insight learning and post-buy reports.
? Work with publishers, operation team, editorial team and production team and other external stakeholders to ensure the success of final results.
? Purpose plans and business initiatives to clients from a strategy perspectives. Communicate with clients to understand and meet their demands.
? Mentoring and training junior members.

What you will need:
? Bachelors or higher degree in business, marketing, advertising, communication or a related field.
? Has a good working ethics as well as professional integrity, and be passionate towards digital/performance industry.
? 3 year and above professional experience in operation. Able to run campaign on Bytedance or Tencent GDT independently and had proven results
? Experience in Automobile, Online Gaming, Online services are preferred
? Excellent knowledge and skills of Microsoft suites: Excel, Powerpoint and etc.
? Understanding of ad tracking, data analysis, OCPX model.
? Fluency in speaking and writing English is a plus
